We are currently seeking businesses in the continental United States. From St. Louis and Chicago east; from Georgia up into the New England area.
Investment Criteria
- Annual Revenues up to $50 million
- EBITDA up to $5 million
- A minimum equity share of 80% available for acquisition
Operational Target Criteria
- In operation for at least 5 years
- Experienced, results oriented executive management
- Well established customer relationships, without undue concentration
- Differentiated, defensible value proposition
- Business to Business
- A sustainable competitive advantage
- More than modest barriers to entry
- Potential for growth
